I just purchased a 2 story house. The metal shutter blinds on the eastern side are stuck. One half way down the window, the other fully closed. There is a pully system inside the bedrooms that doesn't work. I don't want to use the blinds, just have them up so I can see out the window. The blind n eefs to be hung above a door. The footstool needs the feet attached but there are no holes in the underside of the stool to do that.
