Horizontal Blind - Tilt Wand repair

Tilt wands for two of the blinds (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom) have detached from the top of the rail. So, I am not able to rotate the slats anymore. However the blinds can still be moved up and down as the cord mechanism still works. Here are the pictures showing the detached tilt wand and the top of the rail for one of the blinds. The other blind has exactly the same issue. It is likely the tilt mechanism needs replacement. The make of the blinds is: Luxaflex - Due date: Flexible
