I have a fixed bedroom window that doesn’t open, and I’d like to convert it into an opening window to improve airflow. I’m thinking an awning window would be the best option, but I’m open to recommendations. I’d also like white plantation shutters installed on the inside once the window is complete. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect the existing window. * Advise whether the current frame can be modified or if the entire window needs replacing. * Supply and install the new opening window. * Ensure it’s secure with a lockable handle and suitable for leaving slightly open for ventilation. * Quote separately for white plantation shutters if you can also supply and install them. Please let me know your experience with similar jobs, provide a rough price estimate, and your availability. I’ve attached a photo of the existing window. Happy to negotiate budget, I have several windows I’d like to add so maybe that can be quoted also.
