The electric sliding gate is sometimes jamming and randomly stops working. It is solar powered so maybe the panel is u/s? I had the battery replaced and gate serviced June last year. I need this investigated and rectified. I have videos as well if required

This old sliding gate (bi-parting) is currently locked with an external padlock I would like a solution that makes it possible to be opened from inside as well. If we could use a code to open from outside, it would be ideal.

Property has two sliding security gates. Both gates have had the sliding track damaged by forklift or pallets. The track has bent and come loose off the concrete. The task is to remove the track, straighten it and re fix it down. At the moment the fixings are staggered with just one fixing each side in a staggered fashion. We want to drill extra holes and have a fixing either side of the track at every fixing point. Tools required will be a drill with approx 6-8mm drill bits. Hammer drill. Small concrete screw bolts (M6) ish type. Pretty easy job for someone handy.

Sliding gate needs recalibrating. Tried myself but cannot get it to work. May need to adjust gate contour / wheels scrapping rail. See photos See videos. Seems to be scraping rail upon opening. The motor is perfectly fine. Just the gate / track needs adjusting
