Some small parts of front lawn are hard clay, and laneway had small stones and hard rock so necessary equipment will be needed. Will need about 45sqm. Front is about 4m x 9m. We would someone to lay our synthetic turf across the concreted area on the photos. You will need to grind the concrete down so that it is flat in an couple of the joints in slabs. Price is obviously negotiable, you may need to have access to purchasing more turf & glue the same as what we have already, as we don’t know if there is enough when all of the cuts are made etc.
