Low hedge inside the street fence only, about 600–900 mm, kept 100 mm off the fence. Not a tall privacy screen. Suggest the plant and size. No planting against the left-hand path wall. Sweep the existing concrete path. Nothing on the path or the red edge. Water in. Take away pots, concrete and rubbish. Street tree rules Hand work only. No machinery, no augers, no compacting. Do not cut roots thicker than a thumb. Do not strip soil under the canopy. A maple hole, hedge holes and a thin topsoil layer are fine. Install the purchased full-width artificial grass. The area already has a 50 mm crusher-dust base. Levels are to be checked and adjusted as required, followed by a light topping layer and supplier-recommended sand before the artificial grass is laid and secured.
