Turf is arriving Friday the 8th of September. The yard area is 70m2(previously 35m2 was turfed) and a rotary hoe has cut the old dead grass layer from this area. I need some of the dead gras layer raked out and the under lay installed and levelled across the full yard. The underlay is on site at the front of the property. I also plan to concrete in 3 posts for ball stop nets in the yard, as well as digging a 120mm deep trench approximately 12m to install 2 x pop up sprinklers. Looking for someone to quote for this job. We need someone to prep our garden ready for topsoil and turf to go down. The job will involve the removal and disposal of excess dirt. The garden is mostly flat however it's not at the correct level for turf. Clay-based dirt which is quite firm in places. 3 areas in total that need to be addressed. 1st area is approx 24m2, 2nd area is approx 68m2 Third area is approx 35m2 . We have a landscape design drawn up (can supply on request) and the retaining walls are all in place. We also have a large decking that separates 2 sections and extra care will need to be taken with equipment when moving between the areas. Require someone to scrap up grass, flatten the existing area to remove any bumps, then lay underlay and turf.
