Need a thorough garden tidy for end of lease (bond return). Property has a slightly sloped front yard and a backyard with lawn and garden beds, plus a side access passageway that also needs attention — block is roughly 600m² (front and back combined). Please bring your own equipment (mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer etc). Job includes: Mow/edge front and back lawns Trim hedges (several throughout the property, some quite overgrown) Weed garden beds and paths, including the side passageway (grass and weeds growing along the fence line and path edges) Green waste can mostly go in our bins — let us know if volume from hedge trimming looks like it'll exceed that Timeframe: Must be completed by Sunday 17 August.
