Just wanting someone to rake leaves, cut a small amount of lawn, do weeding, remove a small amount of rubbish (random things found in garden like bottle caps etc left by previous tenants), just generally tidy up and leave it looking lovely. There are a few garden beds that are mostly weeds, we want these filled with quality soil so we can plant them out ourselves. We're in a rental, and the owner didn't finish landscaping the back corner of our backyard. Now back at work, I don't have the time to continuously tidy up and weed that area, it is now overgrown. Looking for someone to come in and weed, trim the grass, and put down weed mat to keep the area tidy and low maintenance in the future.

Looking for the following work to be done. Can dump in my green bin so no need to take waste away. I’d estimate a couple hours of work as the yard space is quite small. To clarify I don’t need the lawns mowed. 1. Weeding: Required for front garden strip (refer photos) as there is a mix of weeds and plants. Looks like it required a bit of a trim also. 2. Line Trimming: Looks like the majority in the section that is dominated by weeds (estimated 2m x 5m space) can be cut and poisoned. 2. Edge Trimming: Very small front nature strip and rear yard. This won’t be much work at all. 3. Blowing: Front yard area required leaves and sticks to be blown into the garden area. Just to clarify, the pictures on the fence and the front yard can't be poisoned as it's weeds amongst plants. This will need to be removed by hand. The photos of the weeds at the back of the house can be poisoned.

Front and back lawns mowed, front garden bed tidied up around roses. Don’t want the roses touched as they are the landlords responsibility but just need weeds pulled from garden bed. Side bushes trimmed and tidied up and front side area tidied up. Mostly focusing on the front and driveway side of house.
