Transport the bed frame to Ashfield (up one flight of stairs). Its about a 20 minute drive. 3. Dissamble the old frame (also king single made of metal railing and wood slats, easy to take apart). 4. Take the old mattress and old frame downstairs ready for Council collection. 5. Assemble the new frame and put the new mattress on it (the new mattress will already be at the house).
