Pre-event Scope early morning at 6am 3rd September Saturday: 1. 6am arrival to transport items and drinks from residential house to venue 8 minutes away. Must be able to assist in carrying cartons etc. 2. Once At Venue, must assist in carrying the items into bar area. Might need more than 1 trip depending on the size of your vehicle. 3. Put chair covers on chairs at venue. There are approximately 120 chairs. 4. Put sashes on Chairs after Cover has been put on. 5. Place Napkin on each seat at table with cutlery with rosemary sprig 6. Place linen on a few other tables After these pre-event tasks you are not required until end of event. Post-event Scope post 12.30am 4rth September Sunday: 1. Remove all chair covers and sashes and fold and store 2. Remove Centrepieces/decor from all tables and store 3. Remove Linen from all tables, fold and store 4. Take the items above AND following items which are hired for the event and deliver them to a given address 8 minutes away from venue: Plate- 29cm 150 Each spoon 150 Each Fork 150 Each Dessert Spoon 150 Each Main Knife 150 Each Plate - 16cm 150 Each Plate - 19cm 130 Each Hessian Chair Sash 100 Each White Lycra Chair Cover 130 Each Natural Stone Napkin 130 Each Other linen Leftover Drinks/Consumables Few other miscellaneous items to be transported Must be capable of physically carrying goods. We are hosting an event on the 3rd September at Thebarton Community Centre. 3rd Sep is a Sat night.This event may go on till 1 am. We need cleaners to come and clean the community center at 2 to 2.30 am or so on the 4rth September Sunday Morning. The event is a party and if everything goes to plan, when you (the cleaners) come in, there should be NO glasswares/crockery/cutlery to clean. everything should be gone by the time you arrive. The only things that need to be done will be: 1. Fold linen from the tables, chairs and put it away neatly for approximately 15 tables. (more specific details to be provided in due course). The tables and chairs themselves will NOT have to be folded and stored away. They are to be left as is. 2. Check the actual community hall inside area for spills/food drops and the kitchen area and give it a general clean. 3. If it happens that on the night due to unforeseen circumstances some items such as a few glasses/plates are left behind, happy to discuss at the time and provide a little extra compensation for that. Must be reliable and must have slight flexibility in timing just in case event goes on till 2.30 am or so.
