Our event: We are hosting ~100 friends and family at a casual picnic after my son’s baptism in Kings Park on Friday 29 December 2023. Approx 1-6pm. The job: We’re looking for a friendly, confident person to help us setup, stay with our things while we are away at the ceremony/having photos, help serve drinks/food, tidy during the picnic and help pack up. It is mostly a serve yourself picnic, but it would be great for the successful person to walk around and offer platters and drinks.
