We are looking for a professional event photographer to capture a relaxed business networking cruise on the Gold Coast. This is an afternoon cocktail cruise with approximately 60 guests attending. The crowd will be a mix of business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals, so we are looking for someone comfortable capturing natural networking moments, candid interactions, and a few small group shots throughout the event. Event details: • Location: Southport Marina, Gold Coast • Arrival: 4:00pm • Boarding / launch: 4:30pm • Cruise finishes: 7:30pm • Guests: ~60 • Style: Social / candid event photography What we need: • Coverage from 4:00pm to approximately 7:30pm • Candid networking photos • Small group shots of guests • A few wider atmosphere shots of the cruise and venue • Edited high resolution images delivered after the event Deliverables: • Minimum 60–80 edited photos • Digital delivery (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar) within 3–5 days Bonus if you: • Have experience photographing corporate or networking events • Are comfortable shooting in low light / sunset conditions • Can provide a portfolio of similar work Please include: • A link to your portfolio or past event work • Your equipment setup • Confirmation you can attend Southport Marina at 4pm This should be a fun, relaxed evening on the water with a great crowd.
