We need a photographer to take photos of the crowd, to capture the mood and make sure the products looks lovely behind the guests. We then need the photographer to do any light retouching they want to do to the photos, and then supply them to us via a file upload hopefully that night or next day.

We have 4 hosts, each of whom should be captured individually during in-situ speaking sessions, as well as in group environments.
