My TV doesn't work anymore and I need it to be removed.

The front part of my property has 9 or 10 strelizias and 4-5 golden cane palms that I want removing and disposing of, as well as the roots ground out the strelitzias are around 1 metre high and the palms around 3 metres each but not dense. I also have a smaller Lilly Pilli that need removing and ground. Easy access to all but sloped block. We have a 1m high x 20m long existing retaining wall that we need capped. There is existing mortar that needs to be chipped away/ removed and then the capping put on. We have the bricks and actually did the job ourselves (clearly not brickies) and it came down after the big storm a few weeks back. So we're also looking for suggestions on how to make it more stable, as we'll be putting an aluminium fence on top of the capping once its dry.

Looking for 1 or 2 people who have experience in abseiling, climbing, and working at heights to work on residential yard. 10m high x 4m wide section of bank, 45-90 degree slope. Job is to: (1) remove 2 old tarps from bank (marked purple in photo). (2) assess/reattach 1 tarp, at top if eyelets, or remove (orange) (3) old tarps, sandbags, ropes etc, to be gathered up and driven to top of property (if you don’t have a van/ute etc advise when making an offer). Steel house stumps can be used to anchor, top of bank is flat and concreted. Bank is stable and there has been no movement in 3 years. Sandbags, rope, tent pegs, etc. for tarps will be provided. You will need to provide all safety and abseiling equipment. Could be suitable for labourer, handyman, or tradesman with working at heights experience. Payment can be hourly, fixed rate, or a combination. Flexible timing, ideally completed asap but within the next month. If interested, let me know if you are providing 1 or 2 people, if you have a vehicle to drive between top/bottom of property, and your preferred timing.

Need to raise the upstair balcony Handrails to standard height as old metal handrail is not heigh enough. Install a new rail (possibly timber) secure to the exiting metal one to make it safer.
