Supply and install new outdoor wooden steps. There are 12 steps that need replacing. In most cases, the risers are sound and can be reused, but all treads will need replacing. The current tread is composed of 2 x wooden sleepers. At the top of the staircase the sleepers are 900 mm x 200 mm x 70 mm. At the bottom of the staircase they are 1200 mm x 200 mm x 70 mm. The new materials should be suitable for outdoor use such as H4 treated sleepers.

Scope of Work: Structural Propping: Safely prop/support the roof load while the post bases are being worked on. Removal: Cut out and remove the old, corroded steel post stirrups at the concrete level. Installation: Supply and install two new heavy-duty, hot-dip galvanized post anchors (bolt-down or chemically anchored into the concrete slab). Fixing: Re-secure the existing timber posts to the new anchors. Tiling Patch (Optional): I have a broken tile at the base of one post. If you are able to neatly lay a replacement tile piece around the new base, please let me know (otherwise, I can manage this separately). Requirements: Must be fully licensed and insured for structural timber/carpentry work. Please bring all necessary structural props and tools. Photos of the current setup are attached. I have a full trailer load of top soil (approx .65 cubic metre). I want the soil moved up two outside steps with a wheelbarrow and then shovelled into a garden bed that is 1m above ground. I have two shovels and a wheelbarrow but whoever does the job needs a couple of planks to get the wheelbarrow up the outside steps.

The right ear bud of the Jabra Elite 8 Active set provides intermittent audio. The sound cuts in and out when my head moves. Potentially linked to being dropped and so potentially a loose sensor/wire within the ear bud. Loud base will also cause it to cut in and out. Ear bud has been cleaned and no physical damage is noticeable. Repair is not required on site, but the physical item is required to be repaired.

Plumber required to replace taps and spout of bath and create a connection for a washing machine. Note Bath maybe add later but now just need washing machine connection. I will supply new taps. Need it done asap so tiling can commence.
