I’m looking for someone to build two brick steps, approximately 1.6m wide, leading down into a concrete courtyard. This includes: Remove the existing brick steps and metal handrail if possible. Supply and install new outdoor wooden steps. There are 12 steps that need replacing. In most cases, the risers are sound and can be reused, but all treads will need replacing. The current tread is composed of 2 x wooden sleepers. At the top of the staircase the sleepers are 900 mm x 200 mm x 70 mm. At the bottom of the staircase they are 1200 mm x 200 mm x 70 mm. The new materials should be suitable for outdoor use such as H4 treated sleepers.

Two storey house in Ferny Grove. Check for gutter leaks and patch as required. The main drip appears to have been siliconed from the outside but it should be done properly from above. There are a few other spots/seams that need a look and potentially patched. Please see photos.
