Job Title: 👉 Replace Outdoor Steps with Composite Decking (Pool Area) Description: I’m seeking an experienced carpenter or deck installer to replace the current timber steps and retaining side panels shown in the attached photos, leading to a pool area. Scope of Work: Remove and dispose of existing timber steps and side panels. Supply and install new composite decking material (preferred) for steps and side retaining walls. Rebuild 4 wide steps and 2 side panels. Ensure proper support framing and drainage suitable for a poolside environment. Finish to be clean, safe, and slip-resistant.

Wooden posts supporting deck have metal ‘H’ style stirrups where one of 2 legs has corroded on 3 posts. Would like to someone support the deck then cut out corroded section and weld new piece of metal in place. The photos show the 2 corroded spots and the height needed to get to the next deck level for supporting

We have a few gaps around these windows that we’d like sealed up against the weather as water is coming in when it really pours. On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top. There are two wooden doors that are a part of the built in wardrobes of the house that need to be repaired as there are chips in them from the nails coming out. There is a light cover which broke and needs to be replaced. There is also a missing part to one of the lights in the house which needs to be put in to be fixed and we don’t know where to get it from.

Taps have just started leaking, tried to replace the shower head but no luck. Don't have the tools on hand to replace the shower tap seals.
