I have a leaking shower with separate hot and cold taps. Tightening the handles slows the water but does not stop the flow, and the leak is getting worse each day. I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. I need a licensed plumber to: • Remove the hot tap cover (silicone sealed) • Inspect the hot and cold tap spindles • Replace washers/jumpers or service the tap bodies • Reseat if required • Ensure both taps close fully with no leaks Please include: • Your QBCC licence number • An estimate of cost • Your availability • Whether you supply parts (washers, O-rings, jumpers)

Hi, I need three tree stumps removed in Peregian Springs at the front of my property. I’ve cut the bushes back using a smaller power tool, but I need a chainsaw for the base. Please see photo, I just need them cutting down as low as possible, no need to remove the roots. Cheers Natasha

Medium stump is 31cm, small stumps are 15 and 12cm and extra small is 5cm. Entrance through colorbond gate and the stumps are on a mild slope

Our ps4 gets hot quite quickly, and when attempting to play a game, it turns off saying that it is to hot, the fan is also very loud! I’m pretty sure it just needs to be fully cleaned out (I can see dirt in the vents), as well as new thermal paste as it has never been replaced out of the ten years of owning it.
