NEED washers on bathroom taps replaced

I have no idea on what this is worth so just send through your offer! I need a clustered blob of tree stumps removed from beside my house. This has been sitting for over a year and as a result the large palm stump is beginning to disintegrate around the edges. The gap between the pictured stumps and the side of the house is about 1m and we have an area in our back yard to dump the debris.

I’m looking for an experienced gardener, landscaper or earthworks operator to completely remove a row of established heliconas from an approximately 20-metre-long garden bed. I have 2 tree stumps against my house and the garage. I would like them manually removed as much as possible, to at least below the soil line. Enough to enable me to lay pipe over the top for drainage. There is no room or ability to use a stump grinder due to their proximity to the house and garage.
