Two upstairs bedrooms in Marsden Park are losing heat fast and letting in noticeable dust. I've found the main problem: the gap between the window frames and the wall openings was never filled with insulation, so there's an open path around the frames. Each room has one large aluminium glass sliding window and one wooden door. What I need: - Reveal/cavity gap around each window frame properly filled (low-expansion window foam or backing rod + insulation) and sealed - Architraves removed and refitted if needed to access the gaps - Perimeter re-caulked for a clean, airtight finish - Replace/adjust the worn brush (pile) seals on the sliding windows so they close and seal properly That's 2 windows total (one per room), plus the two wooden doors can be assessed for draught seals if quick to include. Please quote for product + labour, including removal/disposal of any old trim if required. Happy to share photos. Looking for someone experienced with window air-sealing, not just glass replacement.

We are getting either hot water or cold water in our shower taps. For eg. When turning the cold tap, instead of progressively getting increasing water pressure, nothing happens and then at some stage, you get a strong stream of cold water. There is likely a problem with the pressure valve. This needs to be fixed in two showers.
