We are in need for an urgent seal around the windows and brick wall to connect (finger width)(6 gaps). Also the excess material around the windows to be cut off and tidied up.

I have a timber floor and one of the floorboards has partially collapsed in one of its corners. The width of the floorboard is ~13cm. I am unsure of what the exact timber is.

Looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to replace the bathroom basin taps and shower wall taps as soon as possible. All new parts are on site and supplied by me. Job is in Summer Hill 2130. BASIN Replace the existing 3-hole basin set (two cross-handle taps and centre spout) with a Mondella Resonance Collection Basin Set in chrome (pin lever handles, 1/4-turn spindles, lead-free). The existing taps are old. One handle is already off and the spindle is exposed. The chrome bell covers are very tight and difficult to remove because of age and corrosion. Expect extra time getting the old covers and spindles off without damaging the basin or tiles. Please bring whatever you normally use for seized tap bodies and covers. SHOWER Replace the existing hot and cold wall taps (cross handles on separate bodies, cream wall tiles) with the Mondella Resonance Collection Wall Top Assembly in chrome (pin lever handles, H and C). Confirm on site that the new wall tops will fit the existing in-wall bodies before fitting. If the bodies need work or replacement for the new tops to seal properly, quote that separately before proceeding. Please include in your quote: - Removal of old basin taps, spout and shower handles/tops - Fit and test the supplied Mondella basin set and wall top assembly - New washers/seals as required - Check for leaks at the basin and shower after install - Clean-up of the work area Photos of the existing taps and both product boxes are attached. Must be a licensed plumber. Please advise your earliest availability and a fixed price if possible.

I have an amp mixer of which when I pulled the kettle plug out it took one of the prongs with it. Also one of the volume buttons is a bit Gammy. I'm thinking I might need a pre-mixer to take some of the load perhaps it got a little warm hence the power prong came loose.. Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do. I have a Rogue Woodville curve LTG treadmill weighing approx 133kg (all parts together) arriving by noon tomorrow (31/07) by courier who will leave it outside the front door of my semi detached property. I need it unpackaged moved upstairs to a bedroom and assembled. I was quoted by gym equipment specialist that the job would take 2 hours for two men for the whole process including assembly, I would have accepted but they are only available late next week and I don’t want the box exposed outside in the rain. No special tools required as it’s provided in the package and I have additional tools if needed. The hard part will be moving it up the stairs without damaging the property, not the assembly. The stairs are close to the front door but narrow and the bedroom is just past the stairs so not a lot of distance overall. I will post a video showing the path. Availability must be latest 30/07 (Friday) so do not quote if you can only do it next week or something.
