We have areas upstairs in house where internet is poor. We installed extenders and also have sockets but need someone to sort the cabling etc to get decent internet everywhere in house.

Two showers with two taps each are dripping and need new washers

I need taps replaced in two bathrooms. 1st Bathroom - 1 Sink with 2 taps and Spout - 1 Shower - Tap Heads Only 2nd Bathroom - 1 Sink with 2 taps and Spout - 1 Shower - Tap Heads Only - 1 Bath with 2 taps and Spout (Wall Mounts) All exisiting tap ware are identical. I have all replacement tap ware ready to go - these are also identical and direct replacements for existing set up.

I have an old AKAI stereo amplifier and record player that I inherited from my father. It turns on and plays but signal doesn’t come through the right hand side and the speaker selector know is also stuck. Same thing happens when I plug in the headphones - no right hand side signal. I need an electronics expert to open it up, diagnose the problem and fix/replace the correct component. It would also need a good clean and check of other parts.

Paint touch up for walls, small area, just need to make sure won't be charged for bond refunding. I don't have the paint. I sticked a small hook on the wall, the paint broken when I tried to take down the hook-_- The size shows as picture 2.

Our outdoor stairs are getting tired and want to patch up the gaps in concrete then paint. We have the paint to supply for the job

Fix dripping mixer tap on sink plus 2 X taps under sink plus tap to cistern which do not completely close and stop water. Reply with suggested repair, preferably replacing tap washers and cartridge without replacing taps. List labour and approx. material cost.

We have an Apelco FishFinder/Plotter 530. The LCD screen has gone, can it be repaired or replaced? Cheers Matt

- Front roof(single storey house) wakaflex flashing supply and/or install to block all gaps between 2 skylight and paint with matching colour - water leaking from the gaps and replaced tiles but need to install flashing to cover those areas in the photos. - need someone who can install properly and professionally and if need I can purchase the flashing from local Bunnings. - $150 for installation only(I will supply the flashing once specs advices)and $300 for supply and install(use you own flashing and paint). Plumbers attention ! I need to fix two taps in my house 1. The kitchen tap . It has come loose and every now and again will completely detach and spray water all over my ceiling :) 2. The garden tap outside - won’t stop leaking no matter how hard I turn it . Might be a matter of changing the washer

The Tile roof requires 20 ridge caps to be lifted and re-cemented in to place

I need two bathroom taps to be fixed, both taps seem to drip water when the faucet is tightly closed. This is affecting the water bill. - Due date: Flexible

Existing stair tread is too low. Need to raise by about 55mm. Total height of both steps is 420mm but the lower step is 165mm. Would like a rounded step/tread. See photos. Please specify if wood or MDF step will be used. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 29 November 2023
