I’m looking to replace my existing outdoor decking with eco decking and build new steps leading from the deck. The work includes: • Remove and dispose of the existing decking • Inspect and prepare the supporting structure • install the new eco decking (I can purchase materials) • Build and install new steps • Complete any required framing, supports, fixings and trims I will supply the decking and other materials. Need two new taps on bathroom basin. The cold water tap keeps spinning around and no water comes out of it.

I need 3 benchtops for my unit kitchen and laundry. I have attached copies of the plans for my kitchen and laundry upgrades. Probably fitted in about another 2 weeks when I will need the benchtops fitted. At this stage I am looking for an estimated cost for providing the benchtops, cutting of holes for the kitchen sink and laundry vanity basin and tap holes for both and the fitting of all 3 benchtops. I haven't chosen the sinks or taps yet so I cannot confirm the exact location or sizes of any openings. I am looking for a freckled marble like finish with 20mm edging. Could you please quote the total cost and whether you can fit the benchtops in about 2 weeks' time.

Hi My Gas Hot Water system keeps turning off, something probably it’s thermopile needs replacement (I’m not sure).

Remove the stumps of four previous hedge plants. See the size of the stumps relative to my foot in the pic.

Have switched the dishwasher off at the wall as it was making an engine sound without working. When water is put in the drain it drains properly so I don’t think it’s a draining issue. But when I turn it on at the wall it attempts resuming a cycle before resting on the 27 minute light.

I have a new set of taps for my bathroom basin, I would like the old taps replaced with these new ones please 🙏

In Both Toilets, water runs into toilet all the time. Note that i have same issue in both toilets. Also, I need 2 taps needs to tight up

Need to fit two cold and two hot taps. One spindle available to test size (tried to do ourselves) with 4 new tap handles. Both wall mounted; one above utility sink and one above washing machine.

Lower 2 sets of taps under bench, connect new sink and connect new tap ware to sink for fully functioning laundry / Scully.

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.
