Kitchen Ceiling: • Patch and repair a few holes left from relocating ceiling lights. • After patching, repaint the entire kitchen ceiling area (not just the patches). 2. Bulkhead: • Paint the brown bulkhead section above the kitchen cabinets to match the ceiling or wall colour. 3. Small Touch-Ups Around the House: • Repaint 3 small wall areas with small crack (see photo). • Repaint one small section of skirting board (see photo). Requirements: • Take great care protecting the furnitures, newly renovated kitchen, lighting fixtures, and new timber flooring. • I have 1–2 litres of the same paint left over (see photo). Please include in your offer: • Labour, protective materials, additional paint if needed, and all other costs. • Specify how many coats you’ll apply for the ceiling and other areas. • Indicate how many people and roughly how long the job will take. Small apartment. About 40metres of skirting installed. Minimal fixings were used so less than 50 spots to sand back. Primed skirting installed so please don’t sand through the primer. Just a light scuff with 150 or 180. Gap fill where skirting meets wall. Gap fill supplied. If you have time remove any picture hooks through house and patch all small imperfections on walls in preparation for paint.
