Replace taps fix leak in ensuite

Check and rectify the oil leak at the bottom of the Deep Fryer Stand alone (4 fryers), in a Fish and Chips shop. Minor oil dripping at the bottom. Looks like the O ring at the bottom has worn out.

Need to fix the tap asap

Water meter is running fast even though all taps are turned off. Water meter is making some sort of sound . No Leaks found inside the house .Called water corporation and they advised to call plumber. So can someone please come and investigate the leak.

A fuse keeps blowing in a rental property. I suspect it is a result of the tenants appliances, or simply overloading the circuit. The home was built in the 70s so it's also possibly a wiring issue. Just need an electrician to take a look, and provide a report as to the probable cause (or a quote if works are required).
