Install a new Philips DDL709-FVP-7HWS-B (Face ID & Video Intercom Mortise Lock). Setup and test to ensure the lock works perfectly (door closes smoothly, lock engages correctly). Important Notes: Mortise Installation: This is a push-pull mortise lock (NOT a simple deadbolt retrofit). It will likely require widening the existing mortise pocket or cutting new holes. Tools Required: You MUST have professional mortising tools (jig/router) and experience with metal/wood door cutting. We have two external taps. One recycled water, one normal. Currently we have irrigation timers installed on each, but this makes it difficult to use a hose. We want to replace the current taps with dual outlet taps that allow us to connect the irrigation timer to one, and the hose to the other. We need the taps replaced, and the timers reinstalled so that there are no leaks, etc. The timers are the Orbit B-Hyve 4 outlet timers.

Plumber fix 2 leaking taps and slow filling toilet cistern. The flexi pipe yo the cistern seems to be twisted making the toilet fill extremely slowly. The bathroom and laundry taps are leaking - tap head falling off easily.
