We took command strips off a wall and some off the paint came off. It’s 6 or so marks than need covering up.

1. TV is 55 inch TCL55C7K It will be out of its box sitting on its stand on the mantle piece. It needs to be screwed onto the existing Sanus VESA wall mount[which may need some adjustment as this TV hole pattern is 300 x 300 & the previous TV was 200 x 200. It requires 4 M6 x 16 screws but last TV required M6 x 12 screws and I ended up using 4 M6 x 20 screws which should also fit this TV. All the existing cables are wall and need to be attached to the back of the new TV. 2. Once mounted and connected, need to get the remote paired, link to the Wifi, and then scan & fine tune the analogue & DTV channels, link the streaming apps and sign them in. Should not need any additional cables etc.

It is a block of apartments and 5 levels have corridors with good quality carpet that has stretched as in photos. Corridors are 20m long by 2 m wide.

I think there may me gaps in our vents as I have seen some cochroaches around Would need help making sure vent is sealed properly/ clean Other means to keep the bugs out

We need our pool fence to be removed and our small 1 by 2m entry landing and steps disassembled. 1. Remove pool fence- approximately 25 metres. 2. Remove fence posts 3. I need these tilies to be fixed by screwing some villawood or water proof plywood first on the vertical parts if the steps and then refixing thevtiles by liquid nails or other strong adehisive.

There are few jobs to be done. The tiles from the steps needs to be glued back. The tiles previously were glued directly to the timber. But it needs a willow wood screwed before the tiles to glued back. The loose tiles are there. A broken handrail needs to be replaced. A fly screen neeeds to be replaced.

- extend an existing timber retaining wall and build a couple of steps between the existing and new section. May need to cement in a couple of posts but minimal digging otherwise. - add timber edging to existing wall section - put in post and hang side gate - timber, screws, gate and hardware required all available and may have some tools onsite - additional jobs available include moving timber from back of house to front and removing rust from pylons Ideally I need the steps done by Sat PM. Looking for someone to pressure Clean areas in photos. Will be pre treated with mould solution so will only need someone with heavy duty machine to finish off. All areas to be cleaned. Steps/deck handrails etc. As it will be painted afterwards Idealy job would be completed this week
