Old Caroma toilet keeps running and 2 taps are leaking a bit and need new washers

I have a leaking shower with separate hot and cold taps. Tightening the handles slows the water but does not stop the flow, and the leak is getting worse each day. I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. I need a licensed plumber to: • Remove the hot tap cover (silicone sealed) • Inspect the hot and cold tap spindles • Replace washers/jumpers or service the tap bodies • Reseat if required • Ensure both taps close fully with no leaks Please include: • Your QBCC licence number • An estimate of cost • Your availability • Whether you supply parts (washers, O-rings, jumpers)

Our ps4 gets hot quite quickly, and when attempting to play a game, it turns off saying that it is to hot, the fan is also very loud!
