Handyman Needed – Fix 3 Leaking Taps Task Description: Looking for a handyman to fix the following leaks and supply parts: • Shower: Drips constantly even when off – likely washer or spindle/cartridge needs replacing. • Kitchen tap: Leaks from the base when turned on – likely worn O-rings/seals. • Back verandah tap: Leaks continuously – replace washer or tap if needed. Please quote labour and parts (or itemise parts). All leaks must be fully repaired.

I would like to have two yucca and one bird of paradise stumps removed, Trees have been cut down but stumps remain. I don’t know how much to offer for this job so just put $100, expect to pay more

i will also pay for the cost of the part if you can find the part, i think it’s just the HDMI port that needs replacing but you could also come have a look and see for yourself!

Severe thunder storm caused power outage, console refusing to turn on despite being turned off entirely during the event, not sure if fuse damage or other possibility of dust. Budget is temporary as in between moves, so rather not waste anyone's fuel or time.

PS5 stopped working so took it to the repair shop who have said there is something wrong with the motherboard. This is not a typical repair for them so will be relatively costly. They recommend searching online for someone who may be able to assist with fixing it before getting a new one

We have two new taps and mf extensions that need to replace old laundry tub water taps

There seems to be some concrete or grout around the spindle so I’m unable to access the washers. On the cold tap I’m unable to remove the handle itself.
