Find a local console repairer in Parramatta

When the AirCon is on heat it starts and stops. Changed control batteries but keeps stopping. What I can see online says defrost mode but it shouldn’t be happening like this. Need someone to come and look/fix it!

I need the following two things done - 1. Cap the taps off fully as they will no longer be used (circled in red) 2. Change the pipes so the water pipes run directly through and close to the wall as they are currently coming out slightly (circled in blue) Located in a double brick apartment in Parramatta. Looking to get it done soon.
