Fix 4 leaking bathroom taps, install 1 x new toilet seat, stop 1 x running toilet cistern, 2 leaking showers

I recently bought and moved into a house and I am needing assistance in the new laundry. My partner connected our washing machine to the current taps located in the laundry but they were leaking. We would like replace the taps/plumbing as needed and also move the taps lower down on the wall so that we can stack or hang our clothes dryer on the wall above the washing machine. I understand this means cutting into the wall etc and will come at a higher cost than what I’ve put on here, will need a quote done after assessing etc. If either my partner or I need to be home when you visit then we can only do weekends, or if happy to come by yourself and communicate with us via phone / text we can give you access to the house with our lockbox.

We have a sewage / rotten egg smell coming from the shower floor drain in the upstairs bathroom of a two-storey house. The shower is only used occasionally. There is visible water and some buildup inside the drain. We need a licensed plumber to: * Inspect the shower drain and identify the cause of the smell. * Check the water trap (P-trap), trap seal, drainage connections and possible venting issues. * Clean or repair the drain if necessary. * Resolve the smell, not just temporarily mask it. Please bring the necessary tools and aim to fix the issue during the visit.

Need pest control to exterminate and control wasp nests around the house. Small wasp nests all around outside (roof, walls and under gutters) and also have seen wasps inside the roof void.

2 stumps need grinding, plus the roots. The big stump is half rotten. If the smaller stump is too high I have a chainsaw to cut it down smaller. The entry to the backyard is about 1400mm so there is a size limit.
