Electrician to provision LED stair lighting (18 stairs) – pre-timber Description: I’m looking for a licensed electrician to provision (not install) wiring for linear LED strip lighting under the bullnose of an internal staircase. Scope of work (provisioning only): - Staircase has 18 steps - Lighting will be linear LED strip under each bullnose, one continuous run - 24V constant-voltage system - No LED strips or channels to be installed What’s required: Run appropriate low-voltage cabling for a continuous 24V LED strip run along all stairs Provide an accessible location for the LED driver (e.g. under-stairs cupboard or other agreed accessible location) Provision wiring to allow for: wall switch control future smart control (neutral at switch) future motion sensor (sensor not required to be installed now) Leave tails ready for final fit-off after timber stair install What is NOT required: - No LED strip supply or installation - No aluminium channels - No smart devices to be supplied or programmed - No timber or stair works Important notes: Timber bullnose and risers etc are not yet installed yet, so hopefully provisioning won't be too hard. Install 2x headlamps i just purchases in my bathrooms

I need 2 taps replace (kitchen and bathroom) I have the taps, just need someone to replace as I have a bad back. The bathroom tap bolt underneath is a tight squeeze (for hands) so may need a fancy tool see pics. All spots that need accessing are ground floor and easy access. Next is a plastic clip rack to hold broom needs screwing onto a wooden shelf. Small screws drilled into wood shelf for that, chest height only. Im flexible with date/time although sooner is better. Im a cop so no methheads or junkies. Thanks. See photos.
