If changing the tap in whole is more cost effective and only installation is required then would consider that option also. Handyman needed repair shifted and gapped laminate/hybrid floorboards in two areas (corner and near doorway). ​ ​A previous (now fixed) air-con leak caused boards to swell/arch and shift. Boards are dry but have left gaps. There is plaster/construction debris inside the grooves that needs to be vacuumed out. ​ Need to clean locking tracks, realign the boards, and get them to sit flat. I have NO spare boards and ok with possible purchase of new ones if needed. If a board is too damaged happy to "borrow" a good board from a hidden spot and swap it with the visible damaged one. ​ Would help with suction floor puller or pull-bar, ​experience with "click-lock" floor repairs would be good. Might need ​shop-vac/vacuum to clear the grit from the tracks before resetting.
