We are moving out of our apartment and need some small work done so we can get it ready for leasing. There are 2 walls that’s have some holes in them. Both are nothing major. One bathroom sink plug needs to be replaced and one of the bathroom sinks might need new pipes that go from the sink to the wall. The dryer needs to be mounted back on the wall. The range hood is making a noise that also needs to be investigated.

The kitchen tap is a swivel type the goes across two sinks. Currently the tap is loose and requires tightening. The toilet roll holder that was installed keeps fallen from the wall due o insufficient area to tighten the little hex bolt.
