I have 2 tree stumps against my house and the garage. I would like them manually removed as much as possible, to at least below the soil line. Enough to enable me to lay pipe over the top for drainage. There is no room or ability to use a stump grinder due to their proximity to the house and garage.

I have a leaking shower with separate hot and cold taps. Tightening the handles slows the water but does not stop the flow, and the leak is getting worse each day. I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove.
