I have a timber fence with two areas where there are gaps (see attached pictures). Both areas will probably need an extra timber paling each. One area has a stump that needs to be removed/cut down.

Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the washer and O-ring in a traditional twin-handle shower tap (older style with two-tooth clip behind handle, not mixer). Hot tap has started dripping — washer likely needs changing.

We just had a wall bed removed and it’s left some damage to the wall. Looking for someone to cover up the top panel and perhaps add skirting board down the bottom to match our existing skirts. I have sanded & undercoated it all and I can do a final paint once it’s looking better.

I need to have 2 medium and 1 small tree stump completely removed so I can dig out stormwater pipes currently blocked by their roots. Only access is via a small door so it's impossible to bring in an excavator or any other heavy machinery unless it be carried over a 2m fence or can pass a 0.8m large door.

The vertical panel has lifted away from the wall, it allows rain to ingress and trickle down the internal walls. Please patch up the damaged areas between the panel joints, between the panels themselves and along the top section. Please seal the identified gaps/cracked sections.

I'm looking for a handyman who can adjust and shave some wood to ensure both of my trays fit my chair properly. The height of my armrests is approximately 2 cm, while the wood on one tray is 3 cm thick, making it difficult for the clamps to hold. The combined width of the two armrests and my seat is about 64 cm, and the wood on the other tray also needs to be shaved slightly to fit.

I need 3 stumps grinded. Easy access. 25cm to 30cms at most small stumps.
