We are experiencing an intermittent sewer/drainage smell issue in the upstairs bathrooms of our house. Both bathrooms are located on the first floor. The bad smell appears suddenly at times and then disappears after a few hours. Sometimes both bathrooms smell at the same time, and sometimes only one bathroom is affected. The smell is similar to sewer or drainage gas. We have not noticed any major drainage blockage, but one of the upstairs toilet cisterns fills very slowly after flushing, as if the water pressure is low. I checked the inlet valve and it appears to be working, but the cistern still takes a long time to refill. Could you please inspect for possible issue and fix

A small area beside our existing tiled front steps was left unfinished when the original work was done a few years ago. We would now like to tile this remaining section and extend the staircase, so the entry is wider and easier to walk up. Need a couple guys who are handymen and understand train sets to cut this in half to be able to take this set upstairs as it doesnt fit up our stairs in its current size. Need to do it without impacting/ruining electricals, or tracks which are currently glued on. This is a ho scale train set. Once taken upstairs need to reassemble the set and add feet, screws, electricals and ect until its working again

Water pipes makes loud noise when either toilet is flushed or taps turned on. Need to have it stopped.
