Clean Floors - from dust and paint splashes, plus grout haze. There are some scattered white paint drips around the walls, many of which will likely need scrubbing with a scourer to lift off (it is standard water-based emulsion). Requiring 3 costs of paint for all doors and window fixtures and two coats of paint for walls and ceilings. Bathrooms need to be painted with two coats including anti mould. Wood work to be painted with one coat of undercoat.

We have one circuit where something is triggering a blown fuse. Whole house bar this one circuit is fine. I need someone to find the issue and repair. Appears the circuit is quite limited in terms of things sitting on it. 2 lights and a number of power outlets

Need someone to fill gaps in ceiling with gap filler. $20 per hour. Can provide ladder.
