Hello, We are looking for an experienced Audio-Visual (AV) technician to supply and replace a faulty amplifier for the in-store sound system at our retail store, in Stockland Shellharbour. The Issue: Our store's sound system is failing. Music is distorted, crackly, and cuts out completely, leaving the store silent. Staff have tried to troubleshoot the system and have isolated the fault to the amplifier itself; the audio source (Bluetooth adapter) and speakers are working correctly. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty amplifier with a new, suitable unit. The scope of work includes: 1. Supplying a new commercial-grade zone amplifier that is a suitable replacement for the existing unit. 2. Removing the old, faulty amplifier. 3. Installing the new amplifier and correctly connecting the existing Bluetooth audio input and speaker outputs. 4. Setting up and testing the new system to ensure clear, distortion-free audio is playing throughout the store. Existing (Faulty) Amplifier Details: Brand/Model: Bose FreeSpace IZA 250-LZ Integrated Zone Amplifier Serial Number: 056699Z8092 - A like-for-like replacement or an equivalent commercial-grade amplifier is required. Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with commercial audio systems and amplifier installations. - You must be able to source and supply a suitable replacement amplifier. - You must have your own tools and any necessary cables or connectors for the installation. - Public liability insurance is required.
