2 down lights needs to change

Hi, I need 4 new down light in kitchen through hallway. No hole exists and no wiring, if it is possible I want to add switch for this lights. Prefer new light meet the existing light style.

I’m looking to modernise my house a bit and move away from the ceiling fan with the light in it to led downlighting. Rooms I am considering getting this done (depending on price may not do all of them), kitchen, 2x lounges and office, kitchen currently has a lighted fan on one side and a bar with spotlights attached on other. I also want all rooms to have a dimmer function. It’s a single story house with roof space but it does have ducted air con pipes throughout which you would need to work around. I want a qualified, registered electrician…How much would this cost pls, you will supply all parts and materials.
