Marrickville house. Currently have one light in centre of room, want to change this to a fan and install down lights x2 for light

4 lights -currently have electrical wire and chains, however have been advised it needs a bracket to hold it to the ceiling truss. An electrician who knows how to install second hand lighting would be ideal.
