I need someone qualified to remove all existing lights and install down lights in all the rooms to the apartment. I’m guessing around 19 down lights will be required: 6x living 4x kitchen 8x 2 bedrooms 1x hallway 1 bathroom light

Excellent work, very professional, worth every dollar spent

Remove oyster lights, supply & install downlights

$1,200

Campsie NSW, Australia

EDIT: contacted strata and waiting for approval (13/7/20) 2 bed 2 bath unit - ceiling height 2.5m Gyprock ceiling - ceiling access just outside the unit door. 1. Removal of 10 oyster lights. 2. Replace with approx 28 90mm LED downlights. May not need this many downlights, particularly in the living area, depending on the strength of each light. I have attached a floor plan with the suggested downlight layout. 3. Dimmable LED downlights and dimmer switches for the main bedroom and living area 4. We have a 'light switch' panel in the hallway with a confusing layout - it has 4 switches: 2 for the hallway, 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the living area. Please see the attached picture. It would be great to have the switches rearranged. Must haves 1. Must be a licensed and insured electrician. 2. Good quality, reliable 90mm dimmable LED downlights with white rim and beam angle of 90 degrees approx (reduce glare)- nothing too expensive/high end, but we don't want the cheap stuff either.
