Split system decomission, install new split system. All on same story. Top floor apartment in 4 story block. External unit sits on balcony. Head unit wall mounted with left side abutting exterior wall to balcony, piping goes through wall, along top of 3m doorway and down to the external unit inside a plastic housing/conduit. Estimate 5-6 metres of piping.

I'm after removal of a split system A/C & installation of a new A/C - Fujitsu 7.1/8KW - model ASTG24KMCA. The external unit is about 3 metres below the internal unit, just under our Queenslander house on a concrete base (easily accessible).
