We don’t need new light positions added, just replacing the fixtures, and putting fans in two of those positions. 8 X lights to be replaced with Mirabella downlights (we supply) 2 X lights to be replaced with Arlec ceiling fans (we also supply) Photos of the existing fixtures attached, and the products that we will supply to replace them with.

I’m upgrading to smart Nanoleaf downlights. I’ve already installed 4, but 1 existing ceiling light is currently hardwired via terminal block (see photo). I need a licensed electrician to: • Remove the current hardwired terminal • Install a standard lighting plug base or socket in the ceiling (for 90mm downlight) • Test and ensure it’s safe for plug-in use The fitting will then be plugged into a Nanoleaf smart downlight. Quick job – no plaster work needed, just plug base install
