It’s a floor plan only job (for marketing): Measure and sketch (to scale) of a commercial site in Kilsyth. It’s about 600m2 and simple rectangle design with large open area. To demonstrate your photographic skills, please display a few relevent samples on your profile page. I can give a little bit of training if needed, but good if you have property photography skills (e.g. can take multiple exposures, using a steady tripod, for HDR style editing). No image editing required. Just need the raw images sent to me. For floor plans, only need a rough sketch, drawn to scale, with measurements. This position is only suitable to someone available during business hours (please don’t make an offer if you already work full time). Ongoing work is in anywhere in Melbourne region. Future jobs are paid as follows: Photography: $80 to $160 per property (5 - 15 images). Floor plan measurement and sketch $100+ per property. You need own transport and equipment to get the job done.
