1. Come up with a proposed floor plan. To do this, I would imagine we would have a back and forth of ideas to get the floorplan right. At this stage detailed drawings wouldn't be needed (these would happen once the floorplan is correct). To get to the final floor plan I would envisage that we would go back and forward to get it right using markup on the PDF pictures. I have used Snagit in the past during this stage. This was quick and easy and we got to the point where we had a final workable floor plan. 2. Proposed Works Plan / Elevations / Sections / Details - all as required Once the floor plan is finalised, we would then need detailed drawings as required. This floorplan would include locations of furniture, door openings. Existing floorplans are available in CAD 3. Lighting and Electrical Plans This would build on the work you have done previously. But would be finalised for the final floorplan. An existing lighting plan has already been done. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5th Nov 2021
