I need a qualified draftsperson to create professional A3 plans to support a Personal Appearance Services licence application in Queensland. Plans required: 1. Site Plan – Scale 1:100 or 1:200, showing the clinic location in relation to surrounding streets/land uses, with street names, north arrow, and scale bar. 2. Floor Plan – Scale 1:100 or 1:200, showing internal layout with all rooms, fixtures, fittings, and equipment labelled (treatment rooms, sinks, benches, reception, storage, toilets, etc.). 3. Elevations/Details – Scale not more than 1:50, showing key wall elevations with heights, bench/sink positions, cabinetry, and relevant details. Specifications: • All plans must be to scale, clear, and compliant with Queensland Health Personal Appearance Services requirements. • A3 PDF format, black-and-white line drawings preferred, with titles, scales, north arrow, and date. • You must supply all measurements yourself — I will only provide the site address and photos if needed.
