Change Title of CAD Drawing and add logo and general tidy up. Min 4 revisions and tax invoice too please. I have the file in DWG. I also have another file that I require to be used as a Fire Service block plan in PDF. I have sketched in the changes I need and just need it to be put in to a finished drawing. Please dont not apply for this task if you are not famililar with symbols used in the Fire Protection / Plumbing industry or if you dont have the appropriate software.

We have an existing building with 5 levels and require an engineering drawing to be made urgently.

I am looking for someone to turn a still life photo into a pencil and/or charcoal drawing on A3 art paper.

Here is an overview of the job. A friend started the work before breaking their hand, so I'm offering the revision work on Airtasker. I want a single drawing showing existing house with the new house overlayed ontop with fencing/border (overhead aerial view). Please note this design will not be submitted for council approval, rather the intent is for a conceptual design to show what is possible - and if it pleases council requirements (verbal acknowledgement is fine), then I will submit another Airtasker job as there will be potential for ongoing work if successful. Please note there needs to be accuracy in scale/dimensions to meet planning specifications/requirements (0.9m from fence line, 4.5m setback frontage, 20% private open space in rear). I can explain via phone and help with this. I will provide: 1. Aerial photography of the existing house (JPG format) 2. Floor plans of the new house (PDF format) to overlay ontop of aerial 3. Site plan but probably not relevant (PDF format) Can call to explain in detail, meeting in person is not necessary but may help with communication. I am in South Australia and have reviewed other similar jobs, so I am sure everything can be done online/email - and follow up with calls. This job would suit an architect, house planner or house designer, or university student. A graphic designer/media person would have the skill set and ability/knowledge to do the basics and complete the job, but may have difficulties with scale dimensions.
