Hi, We’re seeking an experienced draftsperson or mechanical designer to attend our Bayswater, Victoria factory to measure and fully document two existing assets that we manufacture, rent and sell: Dual-axle hydration trailer – similar in size and format to a food van. Monster Bar – our portable water refill station. Please see the photos below for reference. We need an accurate set of detailed, dimensioned drawings of each asset as currently built, with the option of creating 3D CAD models. The scope should include: Onsite inspection and measurement of both assets. Overall dimensions, construction details and internal layouts. Plans, elevations, sections and detailed assembly drawings. Component locations, mounting points, bolt-hole centres, hole diameters and fixing details. Materials and thicknesses where these can be verified. Final drawings supplied as PDFs and editable CAD files. Optional 3D modelling, quoted separately, with native model files and STEP exports supplied. The aim is to establish a reliable drawing package for our fabricators and suppliers, supporting consistent manufacturing, future modifications and replacement parts. I need to create a 3D model for an item that's not too big, around 30cm tall and 12/14cm wide. The item has a few different parts that will all need detailed 3D modeling.

I'm in need of help to produce a 3D model for 3D printing. I've played around with a couple of design tools and I'm not getting what I need, even though it's something fairly simple. I've successfully designed what I call the 'Flip Clip' which was designed moving up and down a PVC pipe to support another PVC pipe. The concept is that when it's rested the node fits into the hole and stops it sliding down. When you want to move it up or down a height you tilt the clip and move up to the next hole. It will have a node that fits into holes drilled into the PVC pipe but the node will be tapered so it finds the hole easier. It'll have a 'cup' to support the other PVC pipe. I've modelled it in Polymer Clay and it's ugly but at least conveys what I'm trying to achieve. I have a video of this in operation. I need all files in an .stl format and in a format of your choosing that will work in Blender (should I need to make future edits). I'll need a version that works with two sizes of PVC pipe. I am looking for the following outcomes: - digital file or account showing a 3d view of the interior and exterior of our house I can supply a layout file with measurements for each room. It is a 3 storey house with 5beds 3baths. I would like this to model changes (mainly paint/room layout) so for this reason need the file to be configurable (not static) - if the software you use requires a license to do this please specify in your quote. Given there are a few different ways to solve this problem, I am open to your preferred method - imagining it would include: 1) visit to site to do a LIDAR scan 2) remote setup using drawings / measurements 3) something completely else Please specify which approach you would take in responding with your quote.
