We have 2 decks that need some treatment. This includes: A light sand to smooth the surface a little and for better adhesion for the new coats, a thorough clean with hand brushing and power scrubbing, a soft pressure wash and then 3 coats of Intergrain sealer - dulux (I can buy it or can include it on your quote ) in a tint of our choice (2 x coats of Natural and 1 x coat of Dark Oak or Walnut for a natural look ) Decks are approximate measurements: Front deck: 10.5m² ( Inc steps) Backyard deck: 12.3m² ( Inc steps) We have a pressure cleaner but you would have to provide all the other equipment

I need a deck sealed and another deck patch painted. I’ve already got someone to high pressure clean the deck this week. I have the oil and paint and just need someone to do the job. Table is heavy so leave where it is but ensure no oil contacts it. Hourly or flat rate for your time is ok - please advise your rates.
