usual deck stainer is unavailable so we are trying here. The price is firm. But it is a 30m2 merbeau deck with some wooden seating, side gate and railing. We require sand and stain. Price to include the purchase of stain by worker so we want a qualified person. We are being fussy because we have been mucked around with other airtasker jobs that have resulted horribly. A total deck area 38 M(2) rear and front of house needs to be sanded down to a smooth wood surface so I can reseal it. I started this project with my handheld belt sander which took too long. I hired a floor sander from Bunnings which didn't work due to the adhesive back of the sand paper and the velcro strips that hold the sanding pad melting in the summer heat. Hoping someone on airtasker can get it done right. Must be skilled in floor sanding, especially decks.
