Hello, We’re looking for a private chef to prepare a delicious Christmas lunch for our Sydney team. We’re thinking two protein options (one vegetarian) and 2–3 sides or salads at around $70 per head. Unfortunately, we don’t have kitchen facilities on-site, so the meal would need to be fully prepared in advance. We do have crockery and cutlery available, so we’ll be able to plate and serve everything once it arrives. There are three of us, one trained in the kitchen, one amateur enthusiast, and one birthday boy who is turning 13, who would love to grow his culinary passions and has a massively developed palette. We'd love to spend 3 hours preparing a basic three course menu, learning a few common techniques, and having a generally instructional but fun time! Price would be inclusive of ingredients, with a menu heavy in high-quality meats and low on sugar and starches. Weirder and more creative, the better!

Hi there I will be hosting an ANZAC day lunch on the 25th of April from 1.00pm and would like a private chef to compose and cook a menu (or a high-tea) for 6 pax. Would like three courses, or a fancy cocktail high-tea depending on the suggested menu. The suggested budget should include all labour and ingredients and everything can be done in our (small) kitchen, or prepped offsite and brought in and heated onsite. We have a 4 burner gas fan forced oven (the oven gets quite hot), plus a microwave and Air Fryer. Can provide most cooking utensils if needed as well as a magic bullet, all cutlery, plates and serving dishes - though you may want to do a site visit prior to the actual date to check what we have.
